- 1 Tomato Medium Size
- 1/4 tbsp Finely Chopped Paneer
- 1/4 tbsp Finely Chopped Cucumber
- 1/4 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1/4 tbsp Corn
- 1/4 tsp Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Oil
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chop cucumber and onion into small pieces and mash paneer.
- Add oil in a pan and toss paneer, onion, and corn in it.
- Mix all vegetables together and lemon and salt and pepper to taste
- Now cut tomato from the middle into two equal halves
- Carve out the middle part (seeds and pulp) of the tomato.
- Add the pulp into the filling mixture.
- Now add filling into the tomato
- Garnish it with coriander and serve immediately or toss it in a pan. Cooking tomatoes enhance taste & nutrient bioavailability.
