Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Ajwain / Carom Seeds
- 1 tsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
- 1/4 cup Jaggery / Jaggery Powder / Gur

Instructions
- Add ajwain in hot ghee in a pan.
- Add chopped jaggery to it.
- Cook till it forms a smooth syrup.
- Store it in a jar directly or make small burfi.
