- 100 Gms Fresh Turmeric / Kacchi Haldi
- 1 tsp Oil As per preference & taste (Mustard/ Sesame/ Peanut)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper / Kali Mirch
- 1/2 tsp Brown Mustard Seeds / Rai - Indian
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch
- 1 tsp salt as per taste
- Wash & Peel Haldi, Then Cut Fresh Turmeric / Haldi into thin slices.
- In a glass jar, add haldi slices, oil, salt as per taste, black pepper + red chilli powder& rai powder.
- Toss Well / Mix Well with a spoon.
- Your Pickle will be ready in a day. Can be eaten instantly too.
- Once ready, keep it refrigerated for good shelf life.
- In winter, can be kept in a cool & dry place. Refrigeration not needed.
- Stays good for 10-12 days.
DOSAGE: ADULTS: 1/2 tsp with 1-2 main meals daily KIDS: 1/2 tsp mixed in veg curry or dals.
