FOODS FOR HEALTHY VAGINA TO PREVENT INFECTIONS & FOUL ODOUR

Today we are telling you about some foods for a healthy vagina which maintain the pH level of the vagina and prevent infections.

A nutritious diet affects every part of your body—and your vagina is no exception. A balanced vaginal pH needs to stay in the range of 3.8 to 4.5. Maintaining vaginal pH is very important because if it isn’t taken care of then you become more prone to bacterial & yeast infections which might lead to foul smell. Best part is vagina automatically protects itself & cleans on its own if some basic hygiene is maintained. There are certain foods that help you maintain the pH levels of the vagina & thus prevents infections.

Your vagina, like your gut, requires healthy bacteria to maintain its normal acid/alkaline balance and fight infection. Foods that are good for your gut are generally good for the vagina.
