This is my favorite pickle, it is a great Immunity Booster too. The best part is that it is easy to include it in daily life, absolutely hassle-free. This recipe is not just Anti – Inflammatory, but a great prebiotic too.

Turmeric contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Wash & Peel Haldi, Then Cut Fresh Turmeric / Haldi into thin slices.
  2. In a glass jar, add haldi slices, oil, salt as per taste, black pepper + red chilli powder& rai powder.
  3. Toss Well / Mix Well with a spoon.
  4. Your Pickle will be ready in a day. Can be eaten instantly too.
Recipe Notes
  • Once ready, keep it refrigerated for good shelf life.
  • In winter, can be kept in a cool & dry place. Refrigeration not needed.
  • Stays good for 10-12 days.

DOSAGE: ADULTS: 1/2 tsp with 1-2 main meals daily KIDS: 1/2 tsp mixed in veg curry or dals.
